I used the catalog available at the cabinet joint to get the correct part number and then ordered it through conestoga via a pdf form. The reason is because they build the plywood boxes but source out particle board boxes. So I had to reorder that side and eat the delivery cost.Īlso, don’t have them quote out particle board boxes as they are actually more expensive than plywood. For example,I screwed up and didn’t order a finished side for the fridge cabinet and the sales person didn’t ask why I wanted a finished side on the right side of the cabinet but not s finished side on the large sheet that covers the side of the fridge so they sent an unfinished one because that’s what is standard. They aren’t set up to walk you through the design process and sales is basically an order taking dept. I had an LLC already set up with an IEN but they never asked for it. I called the main number on the website and asked for contractor sales.
